Smoked Pork Belly
Smoked for 6-7 hours until completely tender, then seared skin side down to get that beloved crackling.
Seasoned simply with Kosher salt and Black Pepper, served with house honey mustard bbq sauce and house made pickles and pickled red onion.
Smoked Jalapeno & Cheese Sausage
Hand made by our Pitmaster Nathan, our sausage is minced, seasoned, cased and cured overnight before being smoked day service of for aprox. 2 hours.

Our Barbacoa is slow smoked for 4-5 hours and then braised in a mixture of beef stock and mexican chilli sauce until perfectly tender.

Smoked Rib Tips
Rib Tips are a personal favorite of our Pitmaster Nathan, popularized in the South Side of Chicago, rib tips are the meaty, caralidge and collegan filled ends of the spare rib. When smoked to perfection they hold their own as one of the most tender bites in BBQ.
Seasoned simply with Kosher salt and Black Pepper and served with Lobo’s house bbq sauce, they make a perfect starter or addition to fill out your bbq platter.
Smoked Lamb Chops
Marinated in Italian Dressing, seasoned with salt and pepper, and smoked to perfection.
Served with a Chimichurri sauce.
Smoked Pork Carnitas
Our Carnitas are slow smoked for 4-5 hours braised in Coca-Cola with orange and bay leaves until perfectly tender.
Served as a taco on a fresh house made flour tortilla with salsa verde and pico de gallo.
