Lobo’s BBQ was founded by Nathan, a fine artist from Chicago and Stuart, a neuroscientist from Farnborough Village. We met in 2020 at our local pub, where we discovered a shared passion for American BBQ. Three years later, Lobo’s BBQ was born with a mission to bring an authentic American BBQ experience to the UK.
Cooking with fire and smoke on our self-made pits, we celebrate BBQ traditions while crafting innovative dishes. Our menu features hand-crafted sausages, slow-smoked meats, house-made pickles, sides and sauces, all prepared from scratch. By collaborating with local butchers, pubs, and a local wood purveyor, we ensure quality and sustainability in every aspect.
